Meet The Founder

Since 1987, I have worked full-time in the real estate industry as a licensed agent and broker. In that time, I've had the privilege of serving thousands of families buy and sell their homes.

In 2017, I realized so many families were losing too much of their earned equity to pay a real estate agent who did not always provide a service equal to the amount they were paid. After seeing this need, I started 1% Listing Fee with the goal of providing the highest level of service in the industry at the lowest cost possible.

Our goals are to provide our clients with the highest level of excellence and to sell their homes at top market value. We are able to do for our clients, what 95% of our industry does not.
